Information We Collect
When you browse, create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery addresses, and order history. Payment details are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners — Welora never stores your full card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

How We Use It
Your information is used to process and deliver orders, provide order and WhatsApp updates, maintain your account, personalise recommendations, and — only with your consent — share new collections and private events. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

Payments & Security
All transactions are encrypted in transit with TLS and processed by certified payment gateways. Access to order data inside Welora is restricted to trained client care staff under confidentiality obligations, and the atelier's systems are reviewed regularly.

Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the boutique is used. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser; parts of the experience, such as your saved cart, may then be limited.

Sharing With Third Parties
We share only what is necessary with: courier partners (name, address, phone for delivery), payment gateways (transaction processing), and communication platforms (email and WhatsApp updates). Each partner is bound to use your data solely to provide the service to you.

Your Rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, withdraw marketing consent at any time, and nominate another individual to exercise your rights. Write to care@welora.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention
Order and account records are retained while your account is active and for the period required by Indian tax and consumer-protection law, after which personal identifiers are deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
